Manual Therapy

Manual Therapy is a broadly used term for a group of techniques used by our Physical Therapist to restore mobility of:

  • Joints

  • Muscles

  • Ligaments

  • Tendons

Our expert Physical Therapist will use these tools extensively to accelerate your return to normal function.

Sometimes the tissues that are playing a role in your condition are right at the sight of pain, but often areas away from the sight of pain are restricting normal movement and also need to be addressed with manual therapy. After a complete and thorough biomechanical evaluation, our expert Physical Therapists will discuss the manual therapy interventions with you. We will continue to reassess and work with you in a team approach throughout your rehabilitation program.

Your home exercise program will be designed to take advantage of the improved mobility and progress that improvement.
