1. Your Initial Evaluation will include discussion to learn how you are feeling and
where you would like to set your rehab goals.
2. Physical tests and measurements will be performed by the Physical Therapist.
3. Ideas and goals will be defined for your best return to full function.
You will want to have an hour of time available for this first visit.

Pine Lake Physical Therapy is open Monday – Friday and sees patients between the hours of 7am and 6pm.
